Caridad Perez Salomé

LEMAN HOME was founded in 2010 by Caridad Perez Salomé, when she saw an opportunity to create a property agency with services which include property buying, rental search and relocation.

Her high local market expertise, combined with her commitment to excellence approach gives her clients a distinct advantage. She is known for clients returning to her for her trustworthy approach in finding the ideal property.

Caridad studied in London where she completed her degree with honours in “International Business” at the University of Westminster. She then worked in the City for a couple of years before moving to Switzerland where she held management positions in the marketing division of several multinational groups. In 2021, she was elected and then appointed Municipale of Constructions and Schools in her town.
