No obligation meeting
We come and meet you at a time and place to suit you, whether it’s during the day, after work or on the weekend. We can advise you on current market conditions and the meeting gives us an opportunity to fully understand your requirements and what is important to you.

Comprehensive property brief
We work closely with you to compile a focused and realistic brief which takes into account your requirements and preferences relating to the style, condition, size and location of the property. We can advise on different areas and options available within your budget and we can also provide an orientation tour if required.

Report to you
We make a very close inspection of each property; we know which are suitable and which are not. We will shortlist those properties which suit your brief. We will provide you with honest and objective feedback on each property.

Viewings with you
Viewings are organised to suit you and we can often arrange more flexible viewing times than you would normally be offered when searching as an individual. Your property search consultant accompanies you to all viewings and is there to provide impartial advice and discuss feedback afterwards. If required, any subsequent searches become more specialised until the ideal property is found.

Negotiation
When the right property is found, we discuss negotiation tactics with you and handle the negotiations on your behalf. Once the price is agreed, we manage the entire conveyancing process, liaising with the estate agent, the notary and your solicitor if applicable. We use our expertise to hold the deal together and ensure that the process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.
